By using our services, should you book a service online, we will receive confirmation of your transaction from WorldPay by email. This will include your name, address and contact details. This will enable us to make contact with you to book you in (Psychic Reading) or to fulfil our obligation to you on whatever service you have paid for.

Should you wish to book a service by telephone, we will need the relevant payment details in order to use Worldpay debit / credit payment system. Once payment has been completed, your financial statement will show payment has been taken from Heart 2 Heart.

PSYCHIC / ASTROLOGY SERVICES
A new UK law has now come into force (May 08) aimed at protecting consumers rights. We are now required to state that all services offered by us are for entertainment only.

Your psychic / astrology reading is subject to your own personal interpretation. The information that is provided to you should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial or business fact.

Any action taken by you the customer are soley your choice and responsibility. Any opinions expressed in a telephone reading are those of the individual reader and not necessarily the opinions of Heart 2 Heart.

Whilst we will endeavor to ensure that the services we provide are free from errors or omissions, should there be a need to amend any of our services due to an error or omission, we will do so once it has been brought to our attention.

Please note: our prices as advertised in the press and website may change at times, and it is important that you review our Terms and Conditions when you are considering using our services to ensure that you are aware of the latest services and charges that will apply.

Governing Law and Legal Jurisidication
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court.

REFUNDS
Telephone Readings
If you are unable to form a link with your reader within the first 5 mins of your reading we will put you through to another reader of your choice. We will only refund payment on the rare occassion that you are still unable to link within the first 5 mins of your chosen second reader.

Email Psychic Readings
Once the reading has been sent to you no refund will be given except for the following:-

A refund will only be payable in the unlikely event that the content of the reading did not match with the client chosen question(s). In the event the Reader were unable to connect then a refund in full will be given.

CANCELLATIONS
If you pay for a reading and change your mind within the first 5 mins of your reading we will not refund payment. If you pay for a reading and change your mind before it commence we will refund full payment or it can be held in credit for you indefinately until you are ready to commence with your reading.

CANCELLATIONS - CLAIRVOYANCE & MEDIUMSHIP(CONFERENCE)
If you book and pay for a place and change your mind after it has started we will not refund payment. If you book and pay for a place and change your mind before it commence, there will be a 50% admin charge fee minus your refund or it can be held in credit for you indefinately until you are ready to commence with your session. In the event that the session has been cancelled from our end, a full refund will be made payable to you.

Each person will receive 10mins of clairvoyance, which will partially involve mediumship. Although our Mediums can not guarantee that they will be able to pass on any messages from those who have passed into the spirit world, or from a particular person that you may have in mind, we will do our utmost to link with your loved ones.

Full Membership
1. You will be able to do a full search throughout the UK and with more criteria to select from.

2. You will be able to upload more than one photo of yourself.
